Position : Business Analyst with Duck Creek

Location : Gurugram

Experience : 9+ years

Role Overview :

The candidate should have hands-on experience across at least two core insurance domains : Policy, Billing, and/or Claims, with end-to-end involvement through Discovery, Requirements Gathering, Sign-off, Build, UAT, Go-Live, and Post-Go-Live Support.

Skills : Duck creek platform (or similar tools)

Core Domain Experience :

- Policy Administration : Quoting, rating, underwriting, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements

- Billing : Invoicing, payment plans, commissions, refunds, and dunning/non-pay cancellation processes

- Claims : Claims payments and recoveries

- Experience working with Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines insurance products

- Strong understanding of rating factors, product changes, regulatory compliance, and audit requirements

Business Analysis & Delivery :

- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, unambiguous, and testable requirements and business rules

- Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment across business and technology teams to minimize rework

- Delivers high-quality documentation and effectively facilitates workshops, reviews, and sign-off sessions

Data & Analytical Skills :

- Highly data-savvy with the ability to analyze and reason about data mappings, validations, and downstream system impacts

- Experienced in data reconciliation and ensuring accuracy across integrated systems
