Job Description :

- Strong understanding of Capital Market Domain, including market structure, trading lifecycle, order management, risk management processes, and exchange workflows.

- Experience working with systems and processes related to MIIs & Capital Markets such as regulatory compliance, surveillance, and trade reporting.

- Ability to translate Capital Market business requirements into clear functional specifications and process flows.

- Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution

- Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for user engagements

- Knowledge of JIRA; industry standard Business Analysis tools, standards and techniques

- Good handle over Microsoft Excel.

- Ability to be flexible in your overall commitment to speed-to-market while aligning yourself with effective project delivery

- Work effectively with stakeholders to determine project objectives, map proper requirements to the objectives

- Gather appropriate project success factors or acceptance criteria and document them

- At least 2 to 3 years of project management experience for cross-department IT projects.

- Proven working experience in global/regional IT environment/consultancy is required

- May require to support testing related process for Applications.

- Works effectively with internal and external partners.

- Works under minimal supervision.

- You will be responsible for engaging with internal Business users to advise and shape projects to meet their needs by properly defining the stakeholder's project objectives and mapping requirements appropriately

- Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Scrum Framework.

- Should be capable of writing User stories along with Acceptance criteria

- Coaching and mentoring both Business users, vendors and project team members in delivery fundamentals and the benefits to successful requirements gathering and delivery

- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills in leading the project team in issue resolution

Qualification : Graduate or Post graduate in Science/ Engineering, or MBA
