Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Banking/Financial Services domain to support transformation and data-driven initiatives for a global banking client. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and support successful project delivery in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from business and technology stakeholders.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional solutions and process improvements.
- Collaborate with business, product, technology, data, and project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support banking transformation, analytics, and data-driven initiatives.
- Conduct requirement validation and support UAT activities.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders and manage requirements across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions.
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and requirement reviews.
- Ensure requirements are traceable, clearly documented, and aligned with business objectives.
Mandatory Skills :
- 7-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong Banking/Financial Services domain knowledge.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
- Hands-on experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with UAT and requirement validation.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
