Job Description :

Recrutify Consultants is looking for an experienced Business Analyst - Aviation Operations with strong domain expertise in airline operations, Flight Operations, OCC (Operations Control Center), Crew Management, and Fleet Planning. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business teams and technology stakeholders, responsible for understanding operational requirements, analyzing processes, documenting solutions, and supporting digital transformation initiatives within the aviation ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with airline operations teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Analyze and optimize processes across Flight Operations, OCC, Crew Management, Crew Planning, Fleet Management, and Training Planning.

- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from multiple stakeholders.

- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, process flows, and workflow documentation.

- Collaborate with product, technology, operations, and delivery teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle.

- Identify gaps in existing aviation systems and recommend process improvements.

- Support implementation of aviation technology solutions and operational platforms.

- Work on integration requirements involving APIs and digital aviation solutions.

- Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

- Manage stakeholder communication, requirement clarification, and project coordination.

- Support testing activities including UAT planning, validation, and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience as a Business Analyst within the Aviation/Airline domain.

- Hands-on understanding of airline Flight Operations and OCC processes.

- Experience in :

1. Crew Management Systems

2. Crew Planning & Scheduling

3. Fleet Tracking & Fleet Planning

4. Flight Operations Management

5. Training Planning Systems

6. Airline Operational Workflows

- Strong knowledge of SDLC processes and business analysis methodologies.

- Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation.

- Understanding of API integrations and technology-driven solutions.

- Exposure to AI tools and automation solutions will be preferred.

- Ability to coordinate with technical and non-technical teams.

- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
