Business Analyst - Avaloq

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.

- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements into system solutions.

- Leverage Avaloq platform expertise to support enhancements, configurations, and optimization of core banking operations.

- Plan and execute functional testing to validate system integrity, performance, and compliance with business requirements.

- Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle including requirement definition, solution design validation, testing, and deployment.

- Identify gaps, process inefficiencies, and recommend system or process improvements.

- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives aimed at modernizing core banking and digital banking capabilities.

- Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and adherence to governance and compliance standards.

- Provide analytical insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Skills Required :

- Strong hands-on experience with Avaloq core banking platform.

- Proven expertise in business analysis within financial services, particularly core banking environments.

- Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, and stakeholder engagement.

- Solid understanding of functional testing methodologies and defect lifecycle management.

- Knowledge of core banking processes including accounts, payments, lending, and digital channels.

- Familiarity with digital banking transformation initiatives (preferred).

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
