Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and clients to ensure solution alignment.

- Conduct requirement analysis, gap analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

- Create BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams.

- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.

- Assist in UAT planning and validation of business workflows.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery aligned with business goals.

- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, computer science, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience as a business analyst (preferably in the FinTech/BFSI domain).

- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

- Knowledge of APIs, software products, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
