Key Responsibilities :
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), and user stories.
- Work in Agile/Scrum methodology, participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and use case documents.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum framework.
- Understanding of BRD, FRD, SRS, and user stories.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Exposure to SQL, JIRA, or visualization/wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Lucidchart, Figma) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
