Role Overview :

As a Business Analyst at Sysmind, you will serve as the critical bridge between complex business requirements and technical execution. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product owners, and key stakeholders to translate high-level business objectives into actionable technical specifications.

Your daily focus will involve managing the product backlog, facilitating sprint ceremonies, and ensuring that the delivered solutions align with client expectations and business goals, ultimately driving efficiency and value across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to document functional and non-functional needs, ensuring clear alignment on project scope.

- Design and map detailed business process workflows to identify bottlenecks and optimize operational efficiency for client projects.

- Manage the end-to-end SDLC process by maintaining the product backlog and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

- Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to foster team collaboration and maintain development velocity.

- Utilize Jira and Confluence to track project progress, document technical specifications, and maintain transparent communication across distributed teams.

- Analyze project performance metrics to provide actionable insights that support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing the full SDLC within Agile and Scrum environments, with a proven ability to navigate complex project requirements.

- Strong proficiency in using Jira for issue tracking and Confluence for documentation, ensuring all project knowledge is centralized and accessible.

- Exceptional ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured technical workflows and user stories that engineering teams can execute effectively.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate productive discussions between technical and non-technical teams.

- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience in business analysis, preferably within a fast-paced IT services or consulting environment.

- Ability to work effectively from our Vishakhapatnam office, collaborating with global teams to meet rigorous project deadlines and quality standards.
