Business Analyst :

The Business Analyst will act as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions. The BA will analyze organizational processes, interpret stakeholder requirements, and translate them into actionable plans to optimize efficiency, drive data-backed decision-making, and ensure tech projects deliver strategic organizational value.

Core Responsibilities :

- Requirement Gathering: Interview stakeholders, run workshops, and document precise functional and non-functional requirements.

- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, map out current/future workflows (As-Is/To-Be), and propose system or operational enhancements.

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI to analyze data, spot trends, and build performance dashboards.

- Liaison & Translation: Translate complex business needs into clear, technical requirements or user stories for software development teams.

- Testing & Validation: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions align with original business goals.

Key Requirements & Skills :

- Experience: Typically 3-5+ years in a business analysis or related consulting role.

- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies.

- Technical Proficiencies: Proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, requirements management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps), and modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
