Role : Business Analyst (Banking Analytics)

Location : Pune/Gurugram

Type : Hybrid Full Time

Role Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in the credit cards / consumer lending domain. The role focuses on requirement analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and supporting strategy implementation, with limited project coordination responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and document business requirements

- Translate requirements into BRDs/FRDs and user stories

- Engage stakeholders across business and technology

- Support credit risk strategy and policy implementation

- Perform process mapping and identify improvements

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and UAT support

- Maintain documentation and requirement traceability

- Conduct data analysis using Excel/SQL

Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years as a Business Analyst in banking/credit cards

- Strong understanding of consumer credit lifecycle

- Experience with credit risk strategies and policy changes

- Skilled in requirement documentation and process mapping

- Familiarity with Agile methodology

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with decision systems like Blaze or similar

- Exposure to UAT coordination

- Basic project coordination understanding
