Roles & Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for lending systems

- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories

- Work closely with IT teams to design and implement solutions aligned with business objectives

- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements for lending operations

- Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to elicit and validate requirements

- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews

- Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and system diagrams

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements in the lending domain

Required Competencies :

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Expertise in loan origination systems and regulatory compliance

- Hands-on experience with LOS applications such as FinnOne, Salesforce, Pennant, etc.

- Understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs, and SQL

- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, MS Office, and data visualization tools

- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
