About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Insurance and Banking and Financial Services projects, preferably having worked on engagements for Lloyds Banking Group or similar UK banking clients.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, regulatory compliance, and Agile delivery methodologies.

The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring successful delivery of digital transformation, process improvement, and banking technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Analysis & Requirement Management :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions.

- Translate business requirements into detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Perform gap analysis and impact assessment for new initiatives and system enhancements.

- Define business processes, workflows, and operational models.

- Create process maps using BPMN, Visio, or similar tools.

Stakeholder Management :

- Work closely with business users, project managers, architects, developers, and testing teams.

- Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.

- Support decision-making through data-driven insights and business recommendations.

Data Analysis & Reporting :

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and business opportunities.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

- Utilize SQL and data analysis tools for validation and business insights.

- Support data migration and transformation projects.
