Required Skills :

- Strong Tableau and mid-level + SQL expertise

- Experience with BRDs, technical specifications, mockups, and prototypes

- Ability to design dashboards/mockups using Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools

- Liaison between business stakeholders and technical/development teams

- Strong requirements gathering, communication, and presentation skills across all levels of the organization and management

- Project management experience, including project coordination, stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, scheduling, and execution tracking

- Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills; ability to work with developers on RCA/root cause analysis

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision

- Proactive, analytical, and adaptable to new tools/technologies

- Experience leveraging AI tools for data validation, prompt engineering, and process efficiency
