Business Analyst

Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering effective solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and experience working on enterprise applications, digital transformation initiatives, or data-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

- Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to define project scope and business objectives

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories

- Conduct gap analysis, workflow analysis, and process improvement initiatives

- Participate in requirement gathering sessions, client meetings, and solution discussions

- Coordinate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure timely project delivery

- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and other project documentation

- Support UAT, defect tracking, and release validation activities

- Analyze business data and generate actionable insights for decision-making

- Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience in Business Analysis and requirement gathering

- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and project delivery methodologies

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

- Ability to create functional documentation and process flows

- Strong understanding of business processes and workflow optimization

- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Visio, or similar platforms

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Experience working in technology, financial services, healthcare, consulting, or enterprise environments preferred

- Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, APIs, or digital transformation projects will be an added advantage

- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

- Strong presentation and client interaction skills
