We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and drive impactful business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

- Translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories

- Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution

- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement

- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders

- Participate in solution design, testing, and implementation

- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals

- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements

Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)

- Good understanding of business processes and workflows

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Familiarity with product lifecycle and tech environments

- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, or system integrations
