Business Analyst

Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Interact with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to understand project needs.

- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.

- Analyze existing business processes and suggest improvements.

- Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies.

- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate deliverables.

- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.

- Support Agile/Scrum meetings including sprint planning and retrospectives.

- Ensure projects are delivered within scope and timelines.

Required Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Jira.

- Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis is an added advantage.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

- Certification in Business Analysis or Agile is a plus.
