Role : Business Analyst

Experience : Atleast 5 years of experience as Business Analyst

Responsibilities :

- Conduct discovery workshops with clients to define business use cases.

- Translate use cases into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Tools : Jira, Confluence, Miro

- Understand client's tech stack, data sources, and microservices architecture.

- Plan integration of PrivaSapien modules for seamless deployment. Tools : Lucidchart, Visio, Draw.io

- Interpret and analyze API documentation.

- Support endpoint alignment, authentication flow design, and orchestration. Tools : Postman, Swagger, Kong (read-only)

- Create and manage implementation timelines using Gantt charts.

- Track milestones, dependencies, and obtain client approvals. Tools : MS Project, ClickUp, Smartsheet, Excel

- Analyze current workflows and data movement patterns.

- Identify areas for automation and privacy enforcement opportunities. Tools : Miro, Excel, Notion

- Learn and articulate privacy concepts like differential privacy, data minimization, consent management, and pseudonymization. Topics/Tools : PrivaSapien platform, PETs (overview level)

- Coordinate UAT activities with QA and client teams.

- Lead sprint reviews and retrospectives involving all stakeholders. Tools : Jira, TestRail, Google Slides

- Manage the client-specific backlog.

- Ensure clarity, prioritization, and traceability of epics and features. Tools : Jira, Notion, Confluence

- Create and deliver executive-level updates on business goals, project status, risks, and key metrics. Tools : Google Slides, PowerPoint, Notion

- Act as a bridge between client stakeholders, product & engineering teams, and customer success.

- Ensure smooth implementation and feedback loop. Tools : Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace

Requirements :

- 5- 8 years of experience in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

- Proficient in Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence and creating process and use case diagrams.

- Adept at stake holder engagement, user story creation, and facilitating collaboration among cross- functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

- Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder engagement, ensuring they are documented, prioritized, and aligned with project goals

- Collect, clean, and analyze data to provide actionable insights and measure project success through KPIs

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources while coordinating with cross- functional teams to meet project objectives.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams, delivering clear presentations, reports, and status updates.

- Should be Certified Scrum Master-Not Mandator
