Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive requirement gathering, process design, and stakeholder collaboration for a customer account management platform. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation

- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria

- Define and enhance customer journeys, including onboarding, payments, account updates, communication preferences, and self-service features

- Map current-state (As-Is) processes and design future-state (To-Be) processes

- Collaborate with product, engineering, UX/UI, and external vendor teams

- Support system testing activities including test planning, test case creation, and UAT support

- Assist in change management through training materials, release notes, and stakeholder communication

- Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps, and recommend effective solutions

- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership

Required Skills and Experience :

- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

- Strong expertise in requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation (BRD/FRD)

- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies

- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence

- Ability to create user stories, process flows, wireframes, and mockups

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working on customer account or portal-based systems

- Exposure to CRM platforms and payment systems
