About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, identifying business needs, and translating them into actionable insights. Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations

- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights

- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-making

- Assist in process improvements and optimization initiatives

- Support testing, validation, and implementation of solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Basic understanding of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar)

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

- Attention to detail and structured thinking

Preferred (Good to Have) :

- Knowledge of tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools

- Exposure to business analysis frameworks or Agile methodologies

- Internship or project experience in data/business analysis
