As a Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of understanding and shaping our business needs. Your daily activities will involve gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in translating business objectives into actionable solutions, ensuring that our products and services align with customer needs and drive business growth. Your insights will directly impact the user experience, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys to ensure a comprehensive understanding of needs.

- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization, leading to increased efficiency and reduced costs.

- Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and use cases to clearly communicate requirements to development teams and ensure accurate implementation.

- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams and data models to visualize and communicate complex business processes and data relationships.

- Collaborate with product managers and development teams to prioritize requirements and ensure alignment with product roadmaps and business objectives.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements and user expectations, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Provide ongoing support to stakeholders by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing training on new systems and processes, fostering user adoption and satisfaction.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of implemented solutions and identify opportunities for further improvement, driving continuous optimization.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements effectively.

- Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues creatively and effectively.

- Experience with business process modeling and data analysis techniques.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Bangalore.

- 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
