Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will be responsible for end to end business analysis and backlog ownership. The role focuses on requirement elicitation, user story grooming, prioritization, and working closely with Product Managers, Architects, UX designer, Development team, and QA teams to ensure high quality, well defined, and implementation ready user stories.

Key Responsibilities :

- Elicit and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and existing documentation to ensure a comprehensive understanding of needs.

- Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria for the development team, facilitating efficient and accurate development.

- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Azure DevOps, ensuring alignment with business strategy and maximizing value delivery.

- Collaborate with UX designers to create user-centered designs that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.

- Conduct thorough requirement analysis and gap analysis to identify potential issues and ensure comprehensive solutions.

- Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and other relevant documentation to provide a clear and consistent understanding of project scope and requirements.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

- Support testing efforts by reviewing test plans and test cases to ensure they adequately cover the defined requirements.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and technical specifications.

- Proven expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments, including proficiency with Azure DevOps for backlog management and sprint planning.

- Deep knowledge of requirement analysis techniques, including gap analysis, process modeling, and use case development.

- Experience collaborating with UX designers to create user-centered designs and improve user experience.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Adaptable to work in Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad or Indore.
