- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

- Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments

- Good understanding of retail and supply chain domains

- Experience with Blue Yonder (BY) solutions BY Commits, BY DSS

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Engineering graduate (BE/B.Tech/MCA)

- Analyze and define user needs and translate them into system requirements/epics/user stories/data mapping documents.

- Document business requirements, user stories, and process flows to guide system design and development.

- Support existing Product Manager by effectively bridging communication between business and technical stakeholders.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
