Business Analyst

- Experience : 3-7 years as a Business Analyst in software development projects

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is a plus.

- Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

- Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.

- Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).

- Exposure to development concepts such as APIs, databases, system integrations, and front-end/back-end frameworks.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to facilitate collaboration between business and technology groups.
