Roles & Responsibilities :

- Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into clear, data-backed requirements.

- Analyze business processes, workflows, and performance metrics to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

- Define, track, and report key business KPIs to support strategic and operational decision-making.

- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations that clearly communicate insights and recommendations to leadership.

- Conduct market, customer, and operational analysis to support product, sales, and growth initiatives.

- Collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.

- Support change management by documenting processes, preparing business cases, and validating outcomes post-implementation.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Graduates from any discipline with a strong business and analytical mindset.

- Strong proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of SQL and BI tools is a plus.

- Up to 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Consulting, Analytics, Sales, or Customer-facing roles.

- Ability to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.

- Ability to convert data and insights into clear, actionable business recommendations.
