Key Responsibilities :
- Understand customer requirements and communicate them to the development team through clear and structured documentation.
- Maintain detailed application and domain knowledge to support technical teams, including active client and stakeholder interfacing.
- Prepare SRS (Software Requirement Specification), FRS (Functional Requirement Specification), BRD, and use cases after system study.
- Manage change requests, scope control, and requirement traceability during project development and implementation.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Project Leads to perform functional impact analysis.
- Conduct UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and user sign-off at client locations.
- Deliver project training, demos, and walkthroughs for end users.
- Participate in additional requirement gathering, client meetings, and preparation of MoMs.
- Ensure successful project implementation, go-live, and post-production support.
- Support hosting and IT infrastructure deployed for the project.
- Coordinate with ITS teams to arrange required infrastructure during training, demos, and implementation (as per agreement).
- Coordinate with ITS and manage client communication (mail/letters) during hosting, migration, and data center activities.
Required Technical Skills :
Requirement & Project Management Tools :
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar ALM tools
- Strong requirement traceability and change management practices
- Exposure to Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall SDLC models
Documentation & Modeling :
- Proficient in preparing SRS, FRS, BRD, Use Cases, User Stories
- Process modeling using UML, BPMN, Flowcharts
- Tools : MS Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart
Application & Integration Knowledge :
- Understanding of web-based and enterprise applications
- Basic knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, system integrations, and data flow diagrams
