Role Overview :

- We are looking for an Infor (CloudSuite) Business Analyst to bridge business needs and CloudSuite solutions by gathering requirements, defining processes, and supporting implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements

- Map business processes to Infor CloudSuite functionality

- Prepare BRD, FRD, functional specs, and process flows

- Work closely with developers and functional consultants

- Support UAT, training, and change management

- Ensure solutions align with business objectives

Required Skills :

- 510 years of experience as an Infor CloudSuite BA

- Strong functional knowledge of Infor ERP modules

- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation

- Understanding of ERP business processes

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
