Business Analyst

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 46 years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and work closely with stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and pain points

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS)

- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

- Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and project managers throughout the SDLC

- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies

- Support solution design and ensure alignment with business goals

- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement review sessions

- Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution

- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of requirements

- Support change management and continuous process improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 46 years of experience as a Business Analyst

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

- Hands-on experience with requirement elicitation and documentation techniques

- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, or similar

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Experience working with cross-functional teams

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
