Business Analyst

Job Description :

- Manage agile teams and act as a liaison between business and development team(s).

- Periodically provide project status to leadership team.

- Work with business in project prioritization, scope and intake process.

- Support leadership with various governance processes and project(s)/Initiative(s) entrusted.

- Look for opportunities to improve and optimize the asset onboarding process.

- Identify/suggest right selection of tools and technology in line with applicable standards and company policies.

- Convert customer (internal, NEE employees) ideas in to documented requirements for the development team(s).

- Execute internal integration testing of built products to ensure it is aligned with the written requirements.

- Facilitate iterative User Acceptance Testing(UAT) with the customers to test the built product(s) to ensure it/they satisfy/satisfies the written requirement.

- Ensure customer sign-off is obtained on every project/initiative delivered.

- Build rapport and relationship needed to generate new ideas and help with executing those ideas.

- Prepare status reports for BU and IT Leadership meetings.

- Deliver quality deliverables for management requests in a timely manner with resiliency and flexibility.

- Manage and adapt to changes effectively.
