Key Responsibilities :


- Requirements Gathering & Analysis : Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and user needs, facilitating workshops and interviews to elicit comprehensive requirements.

- Technical Specification Documentation : Translate gathered business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications, functional requirements documents, user stories, and use cases for development teams.

- Stakeholder Communication : Act as a key liaison between business users, technical developers, QA testers, and project managers, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.

- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements, contributing to more efficient and effective solutions.

- Data Analysis & Reporting : Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, derive insights, and support decision making, potentially generating basic reports.

- Testing Support : Support the Quality Assurance (QA) team during testing phases, clarifying requirements and assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Project Support : Contribute to project planning, tracking, and reporting, ensuring tasks are on schedule and aligned with project goals.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- 2-3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within an IT/software environment.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies (e.g., Agile Scrum, Waterfall).

- Proven experience in user requirements analysis and documentation.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.

- Familiarity with database concepts (e.g., understanding of SQL queries for data retrieval).

- Basic understanding of API concepts and how systems integrate.

- Proficiency in creating flowcharts, wireframes, and process diagrams.

- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello) is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with diverse stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with keen attention to detail.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
