Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant to lead Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance implementations and deliver scalable financial solutions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Finance modules, end-to-end implementation experience, and the ability to manage stakeholders across global ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation and support projects.

- Analyze business requirements and design scalable Oracle Finance solutions.

- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Finance modules based on business needs.

- Manage data migration activities using FBDI and ADFDI templates.

- Configure Tax, Budget Control, and other financial processes within Oracle Fusion.

- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validation, and deployment activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

- Provide functional guidance, user training, and post-implementation support.

- Ensure adherence to Oracle implementation methodologies and best practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Financial modules including :

1. General Ledger (GL)

2. Accounts Receivable (AR)

3. Cash Management (CM)

- Experience with Data Migration using FBDI and ADFDI templates.

- Strong knowledge of Tax Configuration and Budget Control.

- Experience with Oracle AIM and Oracle Unified Method (OUM).

- Proven experience in solution design and finance process optimization.

- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with global ERP implementation projects.

- Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia (KSA) as required.

Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Finance consulting.

- Successfully delivered 34 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation projects with hands-on involvement in design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
