Broadridge Gloss Consultant - Support & Implementation

We are seeking a professional with hands-on experience in the GLOSS platform to support, configure, and optimize end-to-end lending and loan lifecycle processes.

The role involves close collaboration with business, operations, and technology teams to ensure smooth origination, servicing, and compliance workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work on GLOSS platform modules covering loan origination, credit appraisal, underwriting, disbursement, and servicing

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into GLOSS configurations or functional specifications

- Configure loan products, interest calculations, repayment schedules, charges, and workflows within GLOSS

- Support UAT, SIT, and production issues, including defect analysis and resolution

- Coordinate with development teams for enhancements, integrations, and customizations

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and risk requirements

- Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and user manuals

- Support data migration, reconciliation, and reporting activities

- Assist operations teams with day-to-day platform usage and troubleshooting

Required Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on experience with the GLOSS platform (implementation, support, or enhancement)

- Strong understanding of lending domain: retail, corporate, SME, or wholesale loans

- Knowledge of loan lifecycle processes, credit policies, and documentation

- Experience working with core banking / lending systems

- Ability to write functional specs, BRDs, and test cases

- Familiarity with SQL, data validation, and reconciliation (preferred)

- Experience working in banking, NBFC, or financial services environments
