Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage Oracle BRM (Billing and Revenue Management) development and support activities

- Handle production support, including incident management, RCA, and issue resolution

- Work on BRM customization and configuration based on business requirements

- Monitor billing processes and ensure data accuracy and system performance

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (mediation, CRM, downstream systems)

- Handle Sev-1 / critical incidents and ensure timely resolution

- Participate in release planning, deployments, and environment management

- Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer

Mandatory :

- Strong experience in Oracle BRM (Billing and Revenue Management)

- Hands-on experience in BRM development (PCM APIs, opcodes, policy customization)

- Experience in production support / L2-L3 support

- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux environment

- Shell scripting

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of PDC (Pricing Design Center)

- Experience with Pipeline Manager / Mediation systems

- Understanding of SQL / Oracle DB

- Exposure to telecom billing lifecycle
