Brillio Technologies - Lead Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer with 5.5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, integration, and deployment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce data modelling, and REST API integrations, along with practical experience in at least one of the following Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration tools.

- Build Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous processes, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs based on business requirements.

- Develop reusable Lightning components and implement custom business logic.

- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, record types, page layouts, permissions, and automation.

- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST APIs.

- Translate business use cases into appropriate Salesforce data models and technical solutions.

- Support deployments across development, testing, UAT, and production environments using Salesforce deployment tools.

- Configure or develop agent experiences using Agentforce, topics, instructions, actions, and Prompt Builder.

Technical Competencies :

- Development: Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL, SOSL

- Integration: REST APIs, JSON, authentication, error handling

- Clouds: Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Experience Cloud

- Data Modelling: Standard and custom objects, relationships, schema design

- AI: Agentforce, Prompt Builder, topics, instructions, actions

- Tools: Salesforce CLI, Git, CI/CD pipelines

Mandatory Skills :

- 5.5 - 8 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.

- Strong development expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Practical experience with REST API integrations and external system connectivity.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certification.

- Experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
