Role : SailPoint Developer
We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer with hands-on experience in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and strong Java development expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions, ensuring secure and efficient access management across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement identity governance solutions using SailPoint ISC.
- Develop and customize connectors, rules, workflows, and provisioning policies.
- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications (HR systems, Active Directory, cloud apps, etc.).
- Write and maintain Java-based customizations, APIs, and integrations.
- Configure lifecycle management processes including joiner, mover, and leaver workflows.
- Implement and manage access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), and policy enforcement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to identity and access management.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE development.
- Experience with REST APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and JSON/XML.
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
- Experience with provisioning, aggregation, and reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with scripting (BeanShell, PowerShell, or similar).
- Understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Experience with databases (SQL/Oracle/MySQL).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (ISC) is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines).
- Understanding of compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
- SailPoint certification is highly desirable.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
