Job Description :
A Ping Identity Developer/Engineer implements, configures, and supports Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, specifically utilizing PingFederate, PingDaVinci, PingAccess, and PingID. Key responsibilities include LDAP integration, API development, troubleshooting, and securing user access, often requiring Java skills, SAML/OAuth knowledge, and familiarity with cloud deployment.
Responsibilities :
- Implementation & Integration : Deploy PingFederate, PingDaVinci, PingAccess, and PingID to support SSO, SAML, and OAuth 2.0 protocols.
- Software Development : Design and develop custom Java-based, API-driven IAM solutions.
- Support & Troubleshooting : Resolve complex identity management issues, analyze logs using tools like Splunk and SAML Tracer, and support application onboarding.
- Security & Compliance : Ensure system security, manage user privileges, and maintain compliance with identity policies.
- Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to integrate apps, automate processes, and migrate partners
Qualification & Skills :
- Technical Expertise : Proven experience with Ping Identity products (PingFederate, PingDaVinci, PingAccess, PingID).
- Identity Protocols : Strong understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and LDAP.
- Languages & Tools : Proficiency in Java, Javascript, or Groovy, along with experience in RESTful API development.
- Platforms : Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Education/Experience : Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
