Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Project Manager with strong experience in Shopify and eCommerce development. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project delivery while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. This role requires expertise in Agile methodologies, team optimization, technical understanding (Shopify, Open Source, Mobile, AI tools), and effective client management.

Key Area Key Focus Areas :

- Cost Management Deliver projects within defined budgets, optimize resource allocation, and control operational costs.

- Schedule Management Ensure timely delivery using Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), track milestones, and manage delays effectively.

- Team Utilization Maximize productivity, reduce bench time, and drive efficient use of resources.

- Quality Assurance Implement strong development, testing, and deployment practices to ensure high-quality, defect-free outputs.

- Revenue Realization Oversee timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and overall profitability tracking.

- End-to-End Project Ownership Manage complete project lifecycles from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.

- Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact, provide clear updates, and ensure transparent communication.

- Agile Delivery & Risk Management Conduct Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

- Technical Oversight Guide development teams on Shopify, eCommerce, Open Source (React, Node.js), Mobile technologies, and AI-driven automation tools (JIRA, ChatGPT).

- Process Optimization Continuously improve workflows using performance metrics, retrospectives, and data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Skills Experience :

- 5+ years of end-to-end IT Project Management experience in software development.

- 5+ years of hands-on development or technical project exposure in Shopify, eCommerce, and Open Source technologies.

- Proven experience working with Agile methodologies, JIRA, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git/SVN).

Technical Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Shopify, eCommerce platforms, Open Source technologies, and Mobile (iOS/Android) development.

- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Familiarity with AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, predictive analytics) to enhance project efficiency.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing abilities.

- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory) :

- PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or Agile-related certifications.
