Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead - Business Analyst to drive post-sales business analysis activities and lead a team of BAs in delivering high-quality solutions for custom web, mobile, and enterprise applications. The role involves working closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
Requirement Analysis & Documentation :
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements from clients. Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and discovery sessions.
Client Interaction (Post-Sales) :
- Engage with clients after project closure to understand detailed requirements and solution scope.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for requirement clarification during project execution.
Team Leadership :
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts.
- Review documentation, ensure quality standards, and provide guidance on best BA practices.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, UI/UX teams, QA, and developers. Project Execution
- Support Work closely with delivery teams to ensure accurate requirement implementation.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product roadmap discussions.
Support :
- UAT coordination and client acceptance processes.
- Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process optimization and business improvements.
- Implement best practices in business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Required Skills :
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services or software development companies.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and client communication.
- Experience working on custom web, mobile, ERP, CRM, or eCommerce solutions.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong expertise in BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, wireframes, and process flows.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good to Have Experience in IT Services / Custom Application Development companies.
- Exposure to pre-sales support such as solution discussions or effort estimation.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or Visio.
