Role : Snowflake Administrator

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Administrator to manage and maintain our Snowflake environment.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Snowflake Administration, Cost Administration, MSK (Kafka) Integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Snowflake Administration : Manage and maintain Snowflake environment, including warehouses, databases, and users.

- Cost Administration : Monitor and manage costs associated with Snowflake usage.

- Provisioning : Provision databases, warehouses, and other Snowflake resources as needed.

- MSK Integration : Integrate Snowflake with MSK (Mandatory).

- RBAC : Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure proper access controls.

- AWS Integration : Integrate Snowflake with AWS objects, such as S3, Lambda, and API Gateway.

- Cortex AI Integration : Integrate Snowflake with Cortex AI.

- Network Policies : Configure and manage network policies to ensure secure access to Snowflake resources.

- Python Scripting : Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate Snowflake administrative tasks.

Requirements :

- MSK Experience : Must have experience with MSK integration.

- Snowflake Experience : Minimum 3 4 years of experience in Snowflake administration.

- DevOps Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in DevOps practices.

- Strong Understanding of RBAC : Must have a strong understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) concepts.

- Cost Administration : Must have experience in Cost Management (visibility, control and optimization).

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Cortex AI integration with Snowflake.

- Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse, including data modeling and performance optimization.

- Experience with AWS services, including S3, Lambda, and API Gateway.

- Experience in Python scripting for automating Snowflake administrative tasks.
