Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced IBM BPM / IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Production Support Engineer responsible for the administration, maintenance, monitoring, performance optimization, and operational support of IBM BPM/BAW platforms in a 24x7 production environment.

Total Experience : 7-14 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Strong hands-on experience with IBM BPM / IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) administration and production support.

- Experience in installation, configuration, administration, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting of IBM BPM/BAW environments.

- Knowledge of WebSphere Application Server (WAS) administration and troubleshooting.

- Experience with performance monitoring and tuning of BPM/BAW environments.

- Strong troubleshooting and log-analysis skills.

- Experience working with IBM/OEM support and PMR management.

- Good understanding of High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), backup/restore, replication, switchover, and failback processes.

- Working knowledge of databases used with BPM/BAW environments, preferably DB2 or Oracle.

- Knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and basic shell scripting.

Operational & Process Skills :

- Strong experience in 24x7 production support and on-call operations.

- Good understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.

- Ability to handle P1/P2 critical production incidents and coordinate multiple technical teams during major incidents.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

- Relevant IBM BPM/BAW or WebSphere certifications would be an advantage.
