We are seeking a highly experienced BPCS Architect to lead the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of IBM BPCS ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain business processes, ERP architecture, system modernization, and enterprise integrations. This role requires strong technical and functional expertise to drive strategic ERP initiatives and support business transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of BPCS ERP solutions across the enterprise.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solution designs.

- Define system architecture, integration frameworks, and technical standards for BPCS environments.

- Provide expertise across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, and Finance modules.

- Design and oversee integrations between BPCS and other enterprise applications.

- Drive ERP modernization, upgrades, migration, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and third-party vendors to deliver business solutions.

- Conduct architecture reviews, solution assessments, and technical governance activities.

- Ensure system performance, security, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards.

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best-practice guidance to development and support teams.

Required Skills :

- 10- 12 years of experience in IBM BPCS ERP implementation, support, and architecture.

- Strong understanding of BPCS architecture, configuration, customization, and deployment.

- Expertise in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, Distribution, and Finance processes.

- Experience with IBM iSeries (AS/400) environments.

- Strong knowledge of ERP integrations, APIs, EDI, middleware, and data migration strategies.

- Experience with ERP modernization and legacy system transformation initiatives.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with ERP migration programs from BPCS to modern ERP platforms.

- Exposure to cloud-based ERP solutions and enterprise integration platforms.

- Knowledge of reporting, business intelligence, and analytics tools.

- Experience working in global delivery and multi-site environments.

- Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- ERP-related certifications will be an added advantage.
