Bounteous - Senior SAP Hybris Developer

About the Role :

Hiring a Senior SAP Commerce (Hybris) Developer with strong hands-on experience in development, production support, and team guidance. Ideal for candidates with deep expertise in Hybris, Java, and enterprise integrations, especially for handling critical production issues.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform RCA and resolve critical production issues (P1/P2)

- Handle complex order flow, cart, checkout, and payment integrations

- Design and implement hotfixes and enhancements

- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices

- Mentor junior developers and support team knowledge building

- Ensure compliance with PCI, ADA, and security standards

- Participate in release planning, CAB, and stakeholder coordination

Required Skills (Must Have) :

- 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)

- Expertise in :

i. Payment Integrations

ii. Order Management (OMS)

iii. Cart & Checkout flows

iv. Promotion Engine

- Strong development experience in Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, OCC APIs

- SAP ECC / S4HANA integration experience (mandatory)

- Strong debugging, production support, and performance tuning skills

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and testing frameworks

- Basic to working knowledge of GraphQL APIs

Work Requirements :

- Must be comfortable working in US business hours (Arizona overlap)

- Available for on-call support for critical (P1) incidents

- Knowledge contribution and documentation
