Bosontech - Senior SAP FICO Consultant - ECC & S/4 HANA Platform

Role Summary :

1. SAP FICO Rollouts & Support :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO (ECC and S/4HANA).

- Provide root cause analysis for recurring issues.

- Mentor junior consultants and review their work.

- Handle rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements.

2. Business Requirement Analysis :

- Interact with Finance, Accounts, and Tax teams to understand business needs.

- Translate business requirements into SAP functional specifications.

- Provide best-practice SAP solutions rather than custom-heavy designs.

3. Integration Management :

- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.

- Assist with statutory, audit, and management reporting.

5. Taxation & Compliance :

Configure and support :

- GST / VAT / Withholding Tax / TDS

- Country-specific statutory requirements

- Ensure compliance with local legal and accounting standards.

Technical Skills :

- Good knowledge of New GL, Universal Journal (ACDOCA) if S/4HANA.

- Understanding of Fiori apps related to Finance.

Functional Skills :

- Ability to map business processes to SAP.

- Excellent documentation skills (FS, BBP, test cases).

Experience :

- At least 2 end-to-end SAP implementations.

- Experience in support/AMS and rollout projects.

Soft Skills :

- Leadership and mentoring capability.

- Problem-solving and analytical mindset.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications :

- CA / CWA / MBA (Finance)

- SAP S4HANA FICO Certification.

- Experience in Hospitality industry.
