Bosontech - Senior Consultant - SAP Fiori/UI5

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fiori/UI5 Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ABAP, UI5, and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing modern SAP user interfaces using Fiori and UI5 technologies, along with backend integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop SAP Fiori/UI5 applications using modern UX principles

- Build and implement solutions on SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and SAP Fiori Launchpad

- Develop and enhance applications using SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

- Create and manage Fiori Launchpad configurations (catalogs, groups, roles)

- Develop custom Fiori apps and extensions (standard app enhancements using extensibility tools)

- Work on OData services development and integration with backend systems

- Build UI5 prototypes and perform usability testing

- Integrate SAP systems using REST APIs, OData, and SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation)

- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across devices

- Use tools like SAP Web IDE / SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) for development

- Ensure best practices in UI/UX design and SAP development standards

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10 to 12 years of overall IT experience

- 8 to 10 years in SAP technologies (ABAP / Web Dynpro / SAP Enterprise Portal)

Strong hands-on experience with :

- SAP Fiori & SAPUI5

- OData Services (Gateway)

- SAP BTP / HANA Cloud Platform

Proficiency in :

- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

- Basic knowledge of Java (preferred)

Experience in :

- Fiori app extensions (key user & developer extensibility)

- Working with Fiori Elements & Smart Controls

- RESTful services integration

Familiarity with :

- SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation)

- Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA

- Knowledge of SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model)

- Exposure to workflow integration and SAP Mobile Services

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
