We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ECC and deep knowledge of India Country Version (CIN). The candidate should have hands-on experience in multiple end-to-end implementations, including configuration, integration, and support of SAP Finance and Controlling modules tailored for Indian statutory requirements and taxation.

Key Responsibilities :

1. SAP FICO Configuration & Implementation :

Configure and support FI modules :

- General Ledger (GL)

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Asset Accounting (AA)

- Bank Accounting

Configure and support CO modules :

- Cost Center Accounting

- Profit Center Accounting

- Internal Orders

- Product Costing (basic understanding preferred)

2. India Localization (CIN) Expertise :

Strong experience in India Country Version (CIN) :

- GST configuration and compliance

- Tax procedures (TAXINN / TAXINJ)

- TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)

- Withholding Tax

- E-invoicing & E-way bill integration

- Handling statutory reporting and compliance requirements for India

3. Implementation & Support :

- Participate in end-to-end SAP ECC implementations, rollouts, and support projects

- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions

- Prepare :

1. Business Blueprints

2. Functional Specifications

3. Test Scripts & UAT support

4. Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user training

4. Integration :

- Work closely with other modules :

1. MM (Materials Management)

2. SD (Sales & Distribution)

- Ensure seamless integration with logistics and procurement processes

5. Data Migration & Cutover :

- Support data migration activities using LSMW / BDC / Migration tools

- Perform cutover activities and go-live support

6. Support & Enhancements :

- Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues

- Work on enhancements, change requests, and performance improvements

Requirements :

- Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP Finance FICO implementation experience

- Participation in at least 2 end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, and in a workstream sub-lead or lead role on at least 1 implementation

- Work with business users to gather requirements specific to SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) processes

- Lead requirements gathering workshops presenting standard SAP process flows, conduct system demonstrations, and providing insight on how standard SAP processes can support a customers business process.

- Configure SAP systems, test new functionality, and provide on-going support based on requirements collected.

- Research and document current business processes and provide process improvement recommendations to the business

- Support cross-functional business processes in Manufacturing Industry.

- Knowledge of accounting processes and principles within the financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Banking, Lockbox.

- Good business process knowledge/ Manufacturing Domain

- Prior experience in implementation/ deployment project on India / Global Projects

- Provide leadership in planning/sequencing of customer workshops, and conduct workshops

- Maintain a high level of functional competency regarding the standard configuration of the Finance and Controlling areas, by staying abreast of new trends, future enhancements and leveraging best practices.

- Develop and/or modify End User Training Documentation.
