Role Overview :

As a Boomi Integration Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying robust integration solutions using the Boomi platform. You will collaborate closely with clients, business analysts, and development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient integration workflows.

Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless data flow across various systems, optimizing business processes, and driving significant improvements in operational efficiency and decision-making for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Boomi integration projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards for diverse clients.

- Design and architect complex integration solutions using Boomi AtomSphere, considering factors like performance, scalability, and security to meet specific business needs.

- Manage and mentor a team of Boomi developers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment to enhance team capabilities.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications and Boomi process designs to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of Boomi integrations, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to best practices to maintain solution integrity and facilitate future maintenance.

- Proactively identify and resolve integration-related issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and minimize disruptions to business operations to maintain data accuracy and reliability.

- Contribute to the development of Boomi integration standards, best practices, and reusable components to improve efficiency and consistency across projects and promote knowledge sharing.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions using the Boomi AtomSphere platform, showcasing a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.

- Proven ability to lead and manage integration projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication, highlighting strong project management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, business analysts, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve integration-related issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Solid understanding of integration patterns, data mapping, and transformation techniques, demonstrating the ability to design scalable and efficient integration workflows.

- Experience with various integration technologies and protocols, such as REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and EDI, showcasing a broad understanding of the integration landscape.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 14- 16 years of experience in Integration domain.
