Role Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across retail and e-commerce operations. The role involves managing POS systems, order management platforms, and digital commerce workflows while ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution across retail and e-commerce systems

- Coordinate with internal teams (tech, operations, marketing, retail) and external vendors

- Oversee implementation and optimization of POS and OMS platforms

- Ensure smooth integration between Shopify, POS, and backend systems

- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and risk management

- Conduct testing, UAT, and quality assurance for system rollouts

- Maintain project documentation and reporting using Agile methodologies

- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Required Skills & Tools :

Retail & Operations Systems :

- Experience with POS systems such as :

a. Queue Buster

b. LogicERP

c. Wondersoft

d. GoFrugal

- Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) :

a. Unicommerce

b. Vinculum

c. Increff

E-commerce & Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Shopify

- Strong understanding of system integrations and workflows

- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

- Experience in testing, UAT, and deployment processes

Project Management & Tools :

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies

Experience with tools like :

a. JIRA

b. Confluence

c. Atlassian stack

Key Competencies :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Attention to detail and execution focus

- Adaptability in a fast-paced fashion/startup environment

Preferred Background :

- Experience in fashion retail, apparel, or D2C brands (especially streetwear)

- Exposure to omnichannel retail operations

- Understanding of Gen Z consumer trends is a plus
