About the Role :
This role is ideal for someone who wants to shape product strategy, lead design thinking, and mentor a growing team of designers.
Youll work on projects that challenge the norm serving Indias leading companies while also building internal product IPs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and drive a design vision and strategy for digital experiences
- Guide designers across multiple projects ensuring creative excellence
- Conduct design reviews, critique sessions, and hands-on design contribution
- Create and refine design systems, UI kits, and best practices
- Evangelize user-centered design and mentor junior designers
- Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and business stakeholders
- Bring a blend of creativity, curiosity, and structured thinking to complex design problems
- Stay updated with global design trends, tools, and processes
- Champion inclusivity, usability, and accessibility in design
What You Bring :
- Strong leadership, communication, and team mentoring abilities
- Portfolio of impactful product design work (UI, UX, systems)
- Strong grasp of design thinking, UX strategy, and design operations
- Hands-on expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems
- Aesthetic sensibility inspired by global and Indian design traditions
- Bonus: Exposure to Scandinavian/Japanese/Indian design philosophies
