- Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of Data scientists and Data Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Strategic Direction : Develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics strategy aligned with the organization's goals, ensuring that data-driven insights are integrated into decision-making processes.

- Data Governance : Establish and oversee data governance policies and practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the organization.

- Analytical Solutions : Design and implement advanced analytical solutions, including predictive and prescriptive analytics, to drive business performance and identify new opportunities.

- Collaboration : Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and deliver actionable insights that support strategic initiatives.

- Technology Evaluation : Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence, evaluating and recommending tools and platforms that enhance analytical capabilities.

- Performance Metrics : Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of data analytics initiatives and report findings to senior leadership.

- Budget Management : Manage the data analytics budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with organizational priorities.

- Proven experience in developing and executing data analytics strategies that drive business value.

- Strong knowledge of Data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R) and data management platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Snowflake).
