Job Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and configure BMC Helix ITSM & ITOM solutions based on business requirements.

- Configure and customize Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset Management, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management, Monitoring, Event Management, and Discovery modules.

- Develop service catalog items, workflows, runbooks, and automation solutions.

- Design and implement secure data migration strategies for historical records, active tickets, CMDB, assets, and knowledge articles.

- Perform data migration, validation, reconciliation, and sign-off activities using approved ETL tools and methodologies.

- Analyze existing ServiceNow integrations and rebuild or establish integrations in BMC Helix using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, middleware, and event management tools.

- Prepare and execute Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Performance Testing, and Load Testing while ensuring timely defect resolution.

- Develop and execute cutover plans, support go-live activities, and provide hypercare support including issue resolution, user guidance, and system optimization.

- Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, governance, security, scalability, and resilience standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6-8 years of hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM & ITOM implementation and development.

- Strong expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management.

- Experience in large-scale platform migration projects, preferably ServiceNow to BMC Helix.

- Hands-on experience with CMDB, workflows, automation, service catalog development, and integration design.

- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, webhooks, ETL processes, data migration, and reconciliation methods.

- Experience with monitoring tools, event management, and custom API integrations.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- BMC Helix or relevant ITSM certifications are an added advantage.
