Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced BMC Helix Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in BMC Helix ITSM or ITOM solutions, with hands-on experience in implementation, customization, integration, and platform administration. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-performance enterprise service management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain applications on the BMC Helix Platform.

- Configure and customize workflows, forms, filters, escalations, active links, and approval processes.

- Develop and enhance ITSM/ITOM modules based on business requirements.

- Integrate BMC Helix with third-party applications using REST APIs, web services, and middleware.

- Perform platform upgrades, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and organizational development standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Prepare technical documentation and provide production support when required.

Required Skills:

1. For BMC Helix ITSM Developers:

- Hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM modules including:

i. Incident Management

ii. Problem Management

iii. Change Management

iv. Service Request Management (SRM)

- Strong experience in Remedy AR System development and customization.

- Expertise in BMC Helix Innovation Suite.

- Experience in workflow development, form customization, and approval configurations.

2. For BMC Helix ITOM Developers:

- Hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITOM solutions.

- Expertise in:

i. Discovery

ii. CMDB

iii. TrueSight Operations Management

- Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, event management, and automation.

- Experience with integrations, data synchronization, and CMDB reconciliation.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong understanding of ITIL Framework and IT Service Management processes.

- Experience with REST APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.

- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, SQL, or scripting is an added advantage.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Experience: 510 years of relevant experience in BMC Helix Development.

- Proven expertise in either ITSM, ITOM, or both.

- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

- Experience interacting with clients and managing technical deliverables.
